Make FREE international calls to Romania
Calling Romania for FREE is a novelty even in VoIP world. Fortunately 3 Finarea/ Betamax companies started to offer free calls to landlines in Romania:
12voip.com for minimum amount to buy (10 EUR), it gives you 1 month free unlimited calls to romanian landlines.
lowratevoip.com for same minimum 10 euro allows 3 month of free unlimited calls. Also from their application interface allow Direct calls - meaning that you can connect your phone with the destination - but there is a 5 cents fee. 12voip doesn't have this option from their application but they have it on their site.
